I'm participating in a monthly make and take swap at this years convention and I think this card will fill the bill quite nicely. I feel like such a genius! I used two paper doilies to make the bib ruffle but cutting out the center of the doily so I had just the edge "ribbon". Isn't it frilly and cute? I used Pink Pirouette and Whisper White cardstock, Polka dot and Stripes Embossing folders for the Big Shot, the stitched white grosgrain ribbon, plus the two accent scallop punches using the Label Love stamp set (130622), finished off with the piercing around the oval.
