Starting with the basket - I used Chocolate Chip cardstock with one of the Deco Label framelits (choose the size that works best for you) on my Big Shot. Then I cut the label in half crosswise on my Stampin' Trimmer. Next both basket halves went in the Square Lattice Embossing Folder on a diagonal to line up with the diagonal of the lattice design and run through the Big Shot again. Depending on your preference either side of the embossing will work great for a basket design.
Basket Handle - Again using Chocolate Chip cardstock I scotch taped two Oval Framelits together on the top side of the framelit for the handle width that I wanted. I ran the Oval Framelit pair through my Big Shot using the Magnetic Platform (I LOVE that platform, makes cutting soooo easy!) then cut the cardstock oval in half crosswise and scotch taped it to the back of the basket base.
Easter Eggs - I used the Extra Large Oval Punch and the Small Oval Punch for the two sizes of Easter Eggs. Use whatever Designer Series Paper that you have that looks good to you. (Or you could use a smaller Oval Framelit if you prefer.)
White Basket Faux Ruffle/Liner - I used a punch that isn't currently available from Stampin' Up!, but maybe you could find a similar one from your local craft store. The only trick is the border punch width was trimmed much narrower on my Stampin' Trimmer.
Card Base - Pear Pizazz Cardstock embossed on the Big Shot with a retired Embossing Folder (Vine Street) from last year's Sale - A - Bration special.
Remaining Embellishments - Retired Pretty in Pink 1/4" Stitched Grosgrain Ribbon Bow; Modern Label Punch with Teeny Tiny Wishes sentiment, sponged edge in Daffodil Delight ink; finished off with your choice of matching Candy Dots.
Adhesives - Multipurpose Liquid Glue for Basket Handle; Snail Adhesive for basket base, eggs and modern label; Dimensionals for the one small egg; and Glue Dots for the bow.
