Are you running out of holiday ideas? Let me help!
Do you still need a few gifts for your gift giving list?
Here's an easy gift for a friend or a neighbor. Stampin' Up!s Aug.-Dec. 2020 Mini Catalog has these cute coffee carriers and matching mini coffee cups that you can decorate with Designer Series Paper, tags and ribbon and end up with a nice gift that's easy to give. No Wrapping Paper needed!
Mini Coffee Carrier:
Wrapped with Heartwarming Hugs Designer Series Paper (DSP)
1" Real Red Ribbon with white scalloped edge trim is retired
All the Trimmings Ribbon Combo Pack in Old Olive
Mini Coffee Cup:
Take the Warm Wraps Dies and trace them onto white bond paper and experiment with the curvature until the full cup wrapper size is figured out. Glue the paper pattern to the extra thick white backing sheet of the 12x12 DSP package. Cut that out. Now you have a pattern that you could trace over and over to easily cut out as many as you want. The cute DSP to be needs to be seen. Use tear and tape on both side ends to make sure the wrapper sticks to the cup.
Do the same thing with the cup belly band, so it will be one piece instead of two like the way the dies come. Use the scalloped edge dies as intended, which means cut two for the top edge and two for the lower edge. They are easier to place and attach that way. Use multipurpose liquid glue to attach the scalloped edge pieces. Use tear and tape to put the cup band on once everything is dry.
Peppermint Jar:
I purchased the plastic mason jar at the Dollar Tree from their Christmas section. The lids came in different holiday colors, but I thought the red went the best with this design.
Carrier Tag:
Using the Warm Hugs stamp set, stamp the border design in Pear Pizzazz ink. Followed with the greeting in Real Red ink. Punch out the tag with a 1-3/4" circle punch. Place that on a larger Stitched Circle Die cut shape in Mossy Meadow. Glue Dots attached the 3/8" Real Red Sheer Ribbon. The entire tag was attached with Dimensionals to the Coffee Carrier.
