Here's my Paper Pumpkin Alternatives that I made with the January 2021 Sending Hearts Kit. Since I managed to miss Valentine's Day with this kit, I thought of some other ways this kit could be used.
Color Theme in this Kit was Poppy Parade and Petal Pink. I chose to add Basic Black and Gold Foil.
I made two of each design shown below for a total of 18 items from 8 card bases. Now that's a good value for my money!
This is the Basic Kit that came in the mail.
There was a treat box add on kit that I purchased and I had a few snails with the blue shells left over, so I adapted them into this card design.
This is how you fix a poorly stamped image. My Poppy Parade ink pad needed reinking, but I was lazy and hadn't done that yet, so I got a crummy image. Here's how I covered it up!
Here's a whole different direction, but I thought the Petal Pink striped card base would look great with the Wildly Happy stamp set and turning this idea into a baby card.
Another demo shared how to turn a cardbase into a clam shell box idea, so I had to try it!
Demo Connie Stewart recently showed how to make a Double Flap Fun Fold card, so here I used half of a card base to make this card with the Berry Delightful Designer Series Paper (DSP), and the greeting from the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set. Those strawberries were fussy cut form the DSP!
Thanks for taking a peek today!
